Delivery and Returns



Delivery Rate

Delivery for orders within Malaysia are Free of Charge. As for International orders please send an e-mail to habibah.ismail@sabahaccessories.com . Make sure you quote the model of the item(s) and the delivery address in your e-mail. We will reply to you with the delivery cost as soon as possible.



Delivery Policy

Domestic orders (within Malaysia) are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of completion of payment. International orders are shipped once a week. Approximate door-to-door delivery time is as follows:

Within Malaysia : 2-7 days via Pos Laju or Pos Express

International : 7-21 days via Pos Laju EMS

We cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of items once they have been shipped. To help eliminate delivery problems, make sure the delivery address you have provided is complete and correctly spelled. We shall update you with the shipment tracking number(s) to help you track the shipments.



Return Policy

We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Each item is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure that it meets our standards of quality. Our business depends largely on our customer's satisfaction on the quality of our products. Because of this, we take quality very seriously.

All items in their original, and unaltered condition may be returned for any reason within 7 days (within Malaysia) or 30 days (international) for a refund of the price of the item ( minus the delivery costs for purchases delivered within Malaysia ) or exchanged for an item of equal value. We will not cover the delivery cost for any returned item to us or the resending item for replacement.

Refunds will be made via the same method by which payment was received. Refunds are granted once we receive the returned item. You will be notified when the returned item was received and the replacement item or refund is sent. Be sure the returned item is wrapped and packaged securely to keep it from being damaged or soiled during delivery. We may not be able to refund an item that was improperly packaged.

For faster processing, please let us know the reason you are exchanging or returning the item. If you are returning a defective item, please indicate the nature and location of the defect.
