Step 1: Browse our catalog
Have fun browsing our catalog using the menu positioned on the left. All our products are conveniently categorized for an easy shopping experience. :)
Step 2: Add to cart
After deciding on the product you wish to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
A notification will appear indicating that the Product you had selected is already added to your Shopping Cart.
Step 3: Shopping Cart
This is a snapshot of a customer’s shopping cart. Items that you have ‘Added to Cart’ will be shown here. From here, you can click ‘Continue Shopping’ to add more items, or click ‘Checkout’ once you are happy with your cart contents.
You can also update the quantity of your selected products or remove the products.
Step 4: Shopper's Login
Before checking out, if you'd already purchased with us before you'll be required to ‘Sign In’. If you are a new customer, you should use the form on the left to start your 'Checkout' process and click 'Continue' after you have filled in all the required fields.
Step 5: Delivery Information
This is the first page that you will see after clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button. Check that your Shipping Address is correct. If needed, you may alter the address by clicking ‘Change Address’.
For the Shipping Method, select Free Shipping if your shipping destination is within Malaysia. If you need shipping to another country, do email us for a shipping quote.
Click ‘Continue’
Step 6: Selecting Payment Method
Select your desired Payment Method. Current choices available are:
Bank Transfer - Maybank2u, PBeBank, CIMB Click
Paypal
If you have a Discount Coupon or Gift Certificate you can claim it by inserting the redemption code in the text-box provided.
If you wish to communicate with us regarding your order, add comments for us in the Comment Box. Click ‘Continue ’ to proceed.
Step 7: Review and Submit Order
In the Review and Submit Order page, you will see a summary of your shopping session. Double check the listed information, and you may click on ‘Edit’ button to make necessary changes if you wish.
Click ‘Submit Order’ to place the order with us! Please note that this finalizes your order, and we will begin processing your order accordingly.
Step 8: Thank you
Your order has been placed! Just sit back and relax, we will process and send your order off to the post office very soon :D
